Part 2- Labor Day Weekend- Blessing

On Sunday (before Labor day) we blessed Hannah. We were so blessed to have so much family there. All of the family that I mentioned in the previous post was there as well as the wonderful Johnson family (Jeremy, Mary, Ellie, Ethan, and Ansley-Owen went to his nursery) and my aunt Carolyn and Grandma Palmer who were in town for a court of honor.
Unfortunately we only got a few pictures on Sunday with Hannah in her dress. The rest were taken on Monday.
Grandma Palmer made this beautiful dress.
All three of the girls blessing dresses have been made from the same pattern but they are all completely different and unique. I love each of them.
I love this of my Grandma and Hannah. So cute that Grandma is laughing and Hannah is crying.
Hannah and Grampa Palmer
Grandma Reed and Hannah.
Wish I would have been in this picture instead of taking it. We could have had a 4 generation picture. Grandma and Grampa Palmer and Hannah

This was the best shot we got of our family and Grandma and Grampa Palmer.

Note to self: Take pictures before you have kids get dressed in their pjs.

These next pictures were taken after church during lunch.

My mom and aunt Carolyn getting the food ready. (So I could take pictures. Thanks.)

Cory decided to jump in front of the camera right as I went to snap a picture.Shawn, Traci, and Grandpa ReedGrandpa and Grandma Reed and Great-Grandma Palmer
Mary and Brian.

I didn't get any pictures of Dona and Elise since they were taking naps.
Kayley and Kenzie playing.

Ellie, Owen and Ethan playing.
Hannah was so tired.

Aren't babies (and kids in general) the cutest when they are sleeping?

Part 1- Labor Day Weekend

The Sunday before Labor Day we blessed our sweet Hannah. We were very blessed to have so much family come in to town to celebrate with us. Grandma and Grampa Palmer came the Tuesday before and stayed until the next Tuesday. Grandma and Grandpa Reed, Brian, Dona, and Elise all came on Friday. As well as Traci and Shawn surprised us by flying down. They all left on Monday. Denece and Steve showed up at our door late Saturday night and surprised us. They had left all of there kiddos and came down for the blessing and then left after so they could make it to St. George that night.

On Saturday we went to a park in Chandler and played at the splash pad. The kids loved playing with their cousins.

Utah trip

In August we made a last minute decision to go to Utah for the weekend for my cousin's funeral.
Aunt Carolyn, Hannah, Kayley, Kenzie, Cory
We stopped at my Aunt Carolyn's house to visit with her and my Grandma Palmer for a few minutes.
Cory, Kayley, Great-Grandma Palmer, Hannah, Kenzie, Cameron
After the funeral on Saturday we got together with the Palmer group. It was fun to have everyone together. We had a talent show and ate dinner.
Kayley singing a solo.
(I wish the pictures hadn't turned out so dark. Oh well.)
On the way home we stayed at a hotel in Vegas. We took the kids swimming for an FHE activity.
We were given this swimsuit as a handme down for Hannah. She was so CUTE in it. But we found out that no matter how much she loves bath time she does NOT like a cool swimming pool.
I couldn't pass up this awesome photo op. They looked so cute.
They loved playing in the pool and were sad when it was time to get out.

Misc. pictures

Cameron loves to sleep with his monkey pillow that Grandma Palmer made for Christmas. I couldn't pass up taking this with the tail over his head. Too funny.
Kayley wanted to get the Fun Summer Movie tickets for her birthday and so we got them for the kids and me to go. It was alot of fun. This was the only picture I took and it was at the last movie and only Kenzie, Hannah and I were there because the other kids were in school

I made this for my birthday cake this year. I love decorating cakes. I have decided that even though I may be getting older there is no reason I can't have silly, fun cakes just like the kids.
I wish I had pictures of the night before my birthday, but I unfortunately didn't take any. Brent threw a surpise party for me and it was so much fun. We had four families plus ours here. The kids were loving it just as much as I was because there friends had come to play for a little while.

Hannah

Hannah is getting so big. It seems that every day she gets just a little bit chubbier. She is finally ready to wear size one diapers and get out of the newborns. My other kids only wore newborn for about a week and then moved up. She will be six weeks tomorrow! I'm excited that is growing a little more each day.

3 weeks old

My wonderful and creative sister made this onesie and three others for her. She took onesies and added decorations to them. They are so cute. She also made the blanket.
You can still see on her right foot some of the scabs from all the blood that she had drawn at the hospital.

1 month
I started with Cory to take a picture of him with a football on the same blanket every month to see how much he had grown. I did also with Kenzie and bunny, and I'm going to do the same with Hannah and her frog.
Hannah 1 month- kissing her frog that Kenzie gave to her.
This was taken on Sunday. She is finally in a 0-3 month outfit and not a newborn. I love this dress. Pam gave it to me when I had Kayley and all three girls have now worn it. It looks so cute on them.
Kenzie and her baby Hannah
Kenzie can't get enough of her baby Hannah.

Back to School

Kayley, Cameron, and Cory's first day of school.

Cory waiting in line with his class at the school. He rode the bus to school and then I met him at the school to make sure he got in the right place. He was super excited.

Pictures

This is our sweet little Hannah.
I love all of her dark hair. She doesn't have quite as much as Cory did when he was born, but definitely more than the rest. They put this feeding tube in to suction out some of the junk that she swallowed during delivery. She would start gagging like she had a hair ball or making gurgling sounds and it was because she had fluid that was caught in her throat and wouldn't come out.
Hannah already working on her tan.
I guess she decided that since she was in Arizona she needed to come home with a tan. :)
She slept really well with the glasses on. But when she was awake she hated having them on.
The day she was discharged she ripped off the velcro on both sides of her face.
She loves having her arms out when she sleeps and usually has them up by her face.
She loves snuggling with Grandma Palmer. We were so happy so came home when she did so that she could get in Grandma time before they had to go back home.
I thought this was so cute.
It looks like she is thinking about a question she has and is about to raise her hand.
All of the kids with Grampa and Grandma before they headed back to Utah.
Thank you so much for coming and helping us out.
