Catch up photos

I have gotten very behind on posting pictures.  Our computer has some issues and so I haven't been too trusting of it with my precious pictures.  This is now probably overload; so sorry.  These aren't in any order either.
She rolled completely under our bed.
Kayley's group science fair project.  Her project went on to the district.  Unfortunately we didn't get to see it because she was very sick.
Cameron explaining his science fair project.
Hannah is such a happy girl.
Cory was sound asleep when I took this.  I was laughing as I took this.  I was in the room to check on them before I went to bed and all of a sudden he sat up, mumbled something, and laid back down.  Sure wish I knew what he was dreaming about.
Cameron playing the air guitar during the 2nd grade Valentine's day program.
Cory's kindergarten field trip to the zoo.
I couldn't go, but Brent took part of the day off and met the class there and had fun with Cory.
Such cute angels.
Cameron's 1st Pinewood Derby car.
Singing her solo during a choir assembly.  She did amazing.  She is really talented.
Kenzie wanted to be Cameron's helper during General Conference, so she is feeding him fruit snacks.
Kenzie loves this cow pillow.  It's name is "Milky."
I think I have a great looking bunch of kids.  I love them so much.

Cameron's cast- deja vu

On Saturday we were at the park by our house with a bunch of moms and kids from our ward.  Cameron came over to me in tears and told me that he had gotten hurt when he slipped off the monkey bars.  I looked at where he said it hurt the worse, and in my mind kept telling myself it wasn't broken.  So after seeing that he could bend his arm and move his fingers (although in pain and his hand was a little limp) I told him he would be ok and to stop crying.  {Yes I know Mother of the Year material right there.}  I walked away to check on something.  My neighbor called me back over and as we were looking at his arm it had started swelling.  So I packed everything up and walked him home.  At that point I tried calling Brent during Priesthood session of conference but he didn't answer.
Finally at about 9 pm we decided that it would be best to take him into the ER.  (Another Saturday visit for us.)  They got it xrayed and it was broken right above the elbow on the growth plate.  So Brent and Cameron were there for 6 HOURS!!  Apparently it was a very busy night and a constant line of people.  They put a splint on it and then told us to make an appointment with an orthopedic surgeon to get it casted.
Since I knew a good one we went back to the doctor that did his other cast.

This is a picture of the splint.  It was so HUGE.  I think that is the only size that ER knows how to do.  When Brent went there for his hand the splint they put on was gigantic.

Can you tell which one is from today and which one was from two years ago?  (And yes he is still that skinny, just taller.)  Same kind of break and same kind of cast.

Guess we can put this jersey away for now.  He won't be finishing out the last half of the season for flag football. :(

Ouch!!

So this is what happens when you fall out of bed at 3 am and hit your head on the nightstand.

She had been having trouble sleeping and I was tired of getting up every half hour to hour with her so I brought her into my bed.  I guess I should have just let her wake up Kayley instead so at least her head wouldn't have a big cut in it.  As if she isn't already miserable enough from the virus she has.  Poor girl.

Perfect for Kenzie

Today after grocery shopping at a Wal-Mart I came out and found a very flat tire.  I had two men that came and helped put the spare on for me.  I had to then take the tire to Sam's Club to get fixed.  While I was waiting for it to get fixed, I walked over to a different Wal-Mart.  I found the perfect shirt for Kenzie on clearance.
The shirt says "I LOVE GRANDPA"  and the only thing that would have made it better was if it said "and he's my friend".  I have to point out that she completely posed for this picture all by her self.
She absolutely loves Grandma and Grandpa.  Sh always talks about them being her friends.  She also wants to go to "Mytah" to see them.  You know a child is going through a my phaze when they even change the name of a state.  Anyway I never thought I would be grateful for a flat tire, but today I was.  I am so thankful that I found this plus lots of other good clearance deals on things I needed to get.

I "Pinked" it!

Saturday we got the boys new bunk beds and so we gave Cameron's old bed to Kenzie.  She was so excited because Brent told her we could paint it pink.  So I got a great helper.  She had a lot of fun and kept telling me that she was "pinking" her bed.  She cried when I told her we had to stop for lunch.  She wanted to keep "pinking."  She did a great job and only got a little bit of paint on herself and we were able to get the little bit off the wall that she got on there.

We got these bunk beds at Wal-Mart. They are alot better than the ones we had before.  Hopefully they will out last the boys and all of their craziness.

On a different note, Kenzie says the cutest things all the time.  She LOVES to go to church and nursery.  When she was sick with croup a couple weeks ago she was bawling because I wouldn't let her go to church.  Her favorite thing to say is "Sing a song, say a prayer, go to nursery."  One week at the end of Sacrament meeting she was ready to leave so Brent told her that we needed to sing a song, say a prayer and then she could go to her class.  So now she will tell us that every week.  It is really cute.

Lost tooth

So apparently this is what happens when you fall off a hammock.  You get a tooth knocked out and lose the tooth.
We were at my brother Jared's house yesterday for a Palmer FHE and Cory was playing outside after.  He came in to show Hannah the hole in his mouth where he lost a tooth.  Didn't tell Mom and Dad, but told the baby.  That was it.  No crying, no bleeding, and no tooth.  It was weird because the tooth wasn't even loose before.  He was excited to wake up and find the tooth fairy came even though he didn't have a tooth for her.  At least he will have a memorable story for how he lost his first tooth.

Catch up on photos

I am posting some photos that I have not had a chance to yet.  Only about a month or two late. :(  Oh well.  Maybe I'll get to posting some from Christmas as well.

The first two are of Hannah's haircut.
Before
(also her first time eating cereal)
 After
I loved this one because of her shocked look.
Kenzie wearing a new dress from Grandma Palmer.  It is a girl's size 6!!!  She is growing fast.
I took this of Cameron the Sunday before his baptism.  He looks so handsome.
 Cory's birthday loot
Cory wanted a Pretzel M&M birthday cake.  I actually put pretzels in the cupcakes.  (Therefore they were the m&m's and the cake was the package.)
Some of Cameron's birthday loot.  Apparently I didn't get a picture with everything.
